TMI has a U.S. Meetings and Incentives Sales Office in Minneapolis MN; which helps clients with program planning questions to Los Cabos.
TMI Account Managers are knowledgeable of the area, are the clients primary contacts throughout the planning stages of each program and are on site and available at all times during each program.
TMI Hospitality Desk staff is professional and knowledgeable of all activities and program functions.
TMI Operations staff dispatches and receives all group transfers to hotel activities and evening functions, advancing all group activities and off property dinners and events.
TMI management staff oversees all programs and are available during every program.
